When can you cancel your order?
You may return any item or service you purchase from our store "only" in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Returns Policy, which we ask you to review to ensure your right as it is part of these terms and conditions.
You have the full right to cancel your order and return the product if it was delivered in the same condition you received it, including the product instructions, documents, and packaging. However, if the product is damaged or has been used after opening its packaging and is not in the same condition as it was, you cannot return it.
In turn, and out of our concern for your satisfaction, we will compensate you for the returned product within a maximum of 14 days from the day we received it. We will use the same payment method you used to return the money, and this process will not cost you anything or incur any fees.
You will also not have the right to return any of the following goods:
1- Goods that are used personally.
2- Goods whose nature does not allow for return due to their limited shelf life.
3- Goods that, due to their nature, are mixed with other items after delivery.
Product abundance and poor pricing
We are constantly updating our product offerings to satisfy you. During this process, due to human factors, our products may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or out of stock, and we have not updated this.
In this case, we apologize to you, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information in our store due to the large number of our products, including guaranteeing the accuracy of prices, product images, specifications, and product availability.
